What we collect and why
When you join the launch list we store your email address, the time you signed up and which sign-up button you used. We use it only to email you when Tangentfall launches and to send occasional updates about the game. We never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us and we'll delete your address.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc. When we send email we may use an email service provider. These providers process data only on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after launch unless you stay subscribed to updates.
Your rights
- See the data we hold about you, or get a copy of it
- Correct it or have it deleted
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi)
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from this site, so nothing is loaded from third parties while you browse.
